DIRECTIONS & STORAGE

NOTES FROM OUR NUTRITIONIST
Iron is an essential mineral, but not all iron supplements are created equal.
When formulating our Iron Complex, I chose iron bisglycinate – a highly absorbable and gentle form of iron known for being easier on the digestive system compared to traditional iron salts. It's ideal for those who are sensitive to iron or have struggled with side effects like constipation in the past.
To further support comfort and absorption, I’ve included Magnesium and Vitamin C. Magnesium plays a helpful role in maintaining healthy bowel regularity, while vitamin C enhances iron uptake in the body – making this a well-rounded and thoughtful combination.
Vitamin B12 also features prominently in this formula. It’s a vital nutrient for the formation of healthy red blood cells, and especially important for individuals with low B12 levels or conditions like pernicious anaemia, where absorption is compromised. Including it here helps ensure the wider picture of iron metabolism and energy support is addressed.
