In creating our Mushroom B Complex, we focused on balance, efficacy, and purpose. Unlike many formulas that pack in unnecessarily high doses of B vitamins—much of which the body can't store and simply flushes out—we’ve chosen a more thoughtful approach. Our complex still delivers B vitamins at well above recommended daily levels, but we’ve made space to prioritise the powerful benefits of medicinal mushrooms.
By reducing the excess and focusing on what truly matters, we’ve been able to include meaningful amounts of Cordyceps and Lion’s Mane—two remarkable fungi with a long history of traditional use. Many of our customers tell us that Cordyceps helps them feel more uplifted and ready for the day, while Lion’s Mane is a favourite for staying focused and clearing mental fog.
