The way that we breathe is often unnoticed by ourselves and yet the breath, otherwise known as Prana, is the most powerful healing resource we have.
During the workshop, Claire will direct you through a couple of exercises to control the breath to help increase your overall well-being & to bring an inner calm.
The session will conclude with a beautiful pranayama meditation practice to Calm the Heart.
