Dairy Free, Healthy Hot Chocolate

This delicious hot-chocolate recipe is Dairy & Gluten free, a delicious winter warmer for Vegans/Vegetarians.

Instructions

In a pan, heat all the ingredients and stir until hot. Try to avoid over-heating it or bringing it to the boil, and this will destroy some the amazing qualities of the raw cacao.

INGREDIENTS

1 mug of unsweetened almond milk

2 tsp raw cacao powder

1 tsp maple syrup (or 2 tsp if you like it sweeter)

1 tbsp almond butter

Optional: sprinkling of raw cacao nibs
